The program lineup for Feb 14 and 16th includes a feature on violinist Vadim Repin, who performs with the OSM in Montreal on Feb 23, 24, inlcuding the first movement of the Brahms double concerto with Truls Mork on cello. It came as a pleasant surprise three days after the fact: Dmitri, who has recently added the prestigious ITURBI Piano Competition FIRST PRIZE to his growing list of international accolades, dedicated a concert at Ashland U in Ohio to my mother's memory. What an honour!!! My entire family is grateful to Dmitri for this generous gesture!!
